We're looking for a growth marketing specialist to drive customer acquisition, optimize conversion funnels, and help scale our marketing efforts.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies
- Run paid advertising campaigns across multiple channels
- Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
- Analyze marketing metrics and report on performance
- Create and manage content marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams on marketing assets
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing
- Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar)
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
- Excellent written communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with email marketing and automation
- SEO knowledge and experience
- Experience in B2B marketing
